Chef Carolyn has 15 years of professional cooking experience, specializing in fine dining, event and seasonal favorites. A graduate of San Diego Culinary Institute and classically French trained, she is passionate about preparing high quality food. Chef Carolyn cooks an outstanding brunch, and is able to adapt meals based on your dietary needs. Stay tuned for an Inn on Carleton cookbook, where the chef will share some of her culinary secrets!
