Grilled Asparagus Roasted Tomatoes with Poached Eggs

Not only did this look great but guest raved about it.
Another Sonya Breakfast.
English Muffins with a little goat cheese topped with Grilled asparagus and roasted tomatoes and poached eggs.  Served with a side of fresh fruit ( Buddy did a quick run to the farmers market this week) If you are in town staying with us make sure to visit the GREAT farmers market on the weekends and every Wednesday.
